DotNetTaxi has put together a free C# <-> VB.Net Code Converter which support Dotnet Framework versions 1.x and 2.0 - It seems pretty nice and could be helpful when you've found a nice bit of VB.Net and would like to see how it looks in C# (well .. that's the way I see it, anyways! :-)
