This
image was done to test out how easy/fast I could "duplicate"
a scene done in 3D Studio Max about one year ago. The entire image
was done in about 2 days over a periode of one week mostly to get
a better knowledge of Maya's texturing and lighting capabilities,
using the IPR feature. The main body of the spaceship was modeled
in Rhino and (almost) everything else was done in Maya, including
rendering. Photoshop was used to correct colors and to add the people
which was taken from 3 different images I downloaded from the Internet. |

Just
for the fun of it, take a look at the scene from a completely
different viewpoint.
